Anti – ageing yoga in hindi

Samay ke sath jawan ( young ) dikhne ki chahat har insaan me

hoti hai . Har vyakti ko lagta hai ki wo umar ( age ) me to badh

raha hai lekin uski twacha ( skin ) se uski umar a pata na chale

aur mahilaye ( ladies ) khaskhar isme jada dhyan deti hai .

Isi ke chalte log kai tarah ke bazaar ( market ) me mil rahe

utpaado ( products ) jaise butox aur kai saree anti aging

dawaiyo ( medicines ) ka use karne lagte hai jisse wo badhti

umar ( age ) ka asar dikhne se rok sake .

Lekin koi kitni b hi kosis kar le umar ka asar usme dikhne hi

lagta hai , aur jaise jaise uski umar badhti hai , chahera apne

aap batane lagta hai ki wo ab boodha ( old ) ho raha hai ya fir

umar jada hai .

Aaj ham aapko kuch aise yoga poses bataege jinko apna kar aap

apne aapke upar hone wale umar ke prabhaw ( effect ) ko rok

sakte hai .

Kuch aise anti – ageing yoga hindi me aapko bata rahe hai .

1 – lion face yoga –

Ye yoga bahut hi jada acha hai . isko karne se aapke chahere ka

rakt sanchar ( blood circulation ) badhega aur twacha ( skin )

me kasaw ( tight ) hoga .

Karne ka tareeka ( how to do that ) –

Dheere dheere saans ( breath ) roke aur , apni jeebh ( tounge )

ko bahar rakhe aur aankho ( eyes ) ko khole rakhe .

Jeebh ( tounge ) ko jitna jada se jada bahar nikal sakte ho to

nikale .

Isse chahere me kasaw hoga aur twacha ( skin ) bhi achi rahegi

.

Rojana ise kare laabh hoga .

2 – gardan ke liye anti ageing yoga ( anti aging yoga

for neck ) –

Ye bahut hi jada acha anti ageing yoga hai aur ham aapko

batate hai ki ise kaise karte hai aur isko krne se apko kya kya

fayda hone wala hai .

Karne ka tareeka ( how to do that ) –

Step 1 –

sabse pahle apne sar ( head ) ko dayi ( right ) taraf jukhae (

bend ) jisse aapke kaan ( ears ) aapki garden ( neck ) aapke

kandho ( shoulders ) ko chuye ( touch ) .

Step 2 –

apne baye ( left ) haath ( hand ) ko upar uthae aur dhire dhire

farsh ( floor ) par rakhe .

Aisa akrne se aapki garden ( neck ) me khichaw ( stretch ) hoga

.

Faayda ( profit ) –

isse apki gale ki mas pesiyo ( musles ) me khichaw ( stretch )

hoga aur sudaul ( in shape ) rahege .

3 – gaalo ke liye vyaam ( yoga for chiks ) –

Apne gaalo ( chiks ) me umar asar nahi dhikhana chahte to ye

try kare .

Karne ka tareeka ( how to do that ) –

Pahle gahri saas ( deep breath ) le fir muh ( mouth ) ko jitna

fula sakte hai fulae , is awastha ( condition ) me 30-60 second

tak rahe aur fir naak ( nose ) se saas bahar chode .

Fayda ( profit ) –

Isse aapke gaalo me jhurriya ( wrinkles ) nahi hogi aur haste

wakt aapke gaalo ( chiks ) me kasaw bana rahega .

5 – tudi ke liye vyaam –

Bahut hi faydemand tareeka hai ye .

Process –

apne nichle honto ( lips ) ko upar wale hontho me chadhae aur

jitna chada sakte hai utna .

Isse aapki tuddi me kasaw ( stretch ) hoga .

6 – Sarvasana –

Agar anti aging yoga ki baat kare to sarvasana bahut hi jada

faydemand wala yoga hai .

Aaiye ham aapko batate hai ise karne ka tareeka aur isse hone

wale faydo ke bare me .

Karne ka tareeka ( process ) –

• Agar sar ke bal khade ho sakte hai to yeh kare

• Ek chatai par peeth ke bal let jaye. Pairo ko 90 degree angle mai

upar uthaye. Ghutne seedhe rakhe.

• Ab hatho se kamar ko pakde aur support dete huye hips aur

sharir ko upar ki taraf seedhe uthaye. Apni kohniyo ko jinta

sambhav ho sata kar rakhe

• Aankhen band karke aaram mahsoos kare.

• Samany saans ke saath isi isthiti ( position ) mai jab tak ruk sake

ruke. Fir vapaas se pahli vali isthiti ( position ) mai aa jaye. Aisa

3 se 4 baar jarur kare.

Isee sharer ka back portion yani kamar aur peeth majboot hote

hai aur rakt sanchar ( blood circulation ) bhee acha bana rahta

hai .

hamne aapko yaha kuch aise saral tareeke batae hai jinhe aap

aasaani se kar sakte hai aur samay ke saath jawan dikh sakte

hai

kuch aur cheeje ham aapko yaha bata rahe hai .

1. Tambakoo ( tobacco ) , cigrate , pan – masala na khaye ,

isse bhi kam samay me umar jada dikhne lagti hai .

2. Kosis kare ki jada se jada paidal ( walking ) chale , jisse har

samay aapka vyaam hota rahe .

3. Seedhiyo ( stairs ) ka use kare

4. Khoob pane piye .
