Muhase Ke Ghareloo Upay in Hindi

Aamtaur pe dekha jata hai ki kai log teenager ( kishorawastha ) me muhaso ki samsya ( problem ) se pareshan rahte hai aur kuch log har

umr me jindgi bhar is samsya se joojhte ( fight ) rahte hai.

Chahere me muhase hona aapke confidence ( aatmvishwas ) ko kam

kar deta hai jisse aap apne aap ko heen ( losser ) samjhne lagte hai.

Aaj ham aapko muhaso ke ghareloo upay hindi me bata rahe hai ,jinka

pryog karke aap muhaso se chutkara paa sakte hai aur nikhri ( glowing )

hui twacha ( skin ) paa sakte hai aur wo bhee ghar baithe .

1.coconut oil ( naariyal ka tel ) me haldee mila ke upyog kare-

Coconut oil me haldee ko mila ke chahere me ache tarah se ghise, aur

fir garam pane se dhole . isse dead skin cells ( mrit kosikaye ) nikal jaege

aur chahera hydrate hoga aur nariyal tel me jo antibacterial hai, wo

muhaso ko nahee hone dega

2. sahad ( honey ) aur daalcheenee powder ka use –

Saman ( ingreadients ) –

Vidhee ( process )-

Sahad me daalcheene powder ko milake chahere me ache tarah se

ghase, aur fir halke gungune paanee me dhole isse keel muhase ruk

jaege.

3- kheere aur kachhe papeete ( papaya ) ka use –

2. Ek kachha papeeta ( papaya )

Vidhi ( process )-

Kheera aur kachha papeeta dono ka bareek paste bana le aur chahere

me aur thodi der lage rahne de iske baad ise dhole aur kisi saaf kapde

se muh ko ponche , isse keel muhaso me aaram milega.

4- gobhee ke patte ka prayog ( use of cabbage leaves ) –

Vidhi –

Gobhee ke patte ko peeskar muhaso me lagae, aur thodi der lage rahne

ke baad achee tarah se dhole , aisa rojana ( daily ) karne se aapko

muhaso se bahut hee jaldee chutkara mil jaega aur aapki skin saaf ho

jaaegi.

6- neem ke patte ka pryog –

Neem ek bahut hee gunkaaree ( qualityful ) aaushdhee hai, neem ko

khaane aur lagane dono me use kare.

Roj subah 7-8 neem ke patte le aur kha le isse khoon ( blood ) ki safai

hotee hai , aur chahere me nikhaar ( glow ) aata hai .

Neem ko chahere me bhee lagae. Neem ki pattiyo ( neem leaves ) ka

paste banae , paste banane ke lie aap pani ya fir gulab jal ( rose water )

ka upyog kar sakte hai, aur ise chahere me achee tarah lagae aur kuch

samay ke bad ise dho le jisse aapko muhaso me kaafi aaram milega , ye

prayog din me kam se kam ek baar jaroor kare .

7- tulsee ki pattiyo ka upyog ( use of tulsee leaves ) –

Samagree ( ingreadients ) –

1. Pane ( water )

2. Tulsi ki 15 – 20 pattiya

Vidhee-

Tulsee ki 15 – 20 pattiyo ko ko leke use ek cup panee me dale aur

use dheemee aach me garam karne ke liye rakh de jab kadha ban

jaye to use utar le aur thanda karne ke baad muhaso me lagae.

Aise din me ek baar kare , aisa karne se aapko muhaaso me bahut

hee jaldee aaram milega

8- neeboo ( lemon ) aur gulabjal ( rose water ) –

Samagree ( ingreadients )

1. Neebu

2. Gulab jal

Vidhee ( process ) –

Neeboo ka ras aur gulab jal barabar matra me le aur dono ki achee

se mila le aur chahere me laga le , aadhe ghante aise hee rakhe fir

chahere ko dho le isse aapko muhaso me kafi had taka aaram

milaega .

9- jayfal aur gaay ka doodh ( jaayfal and cow milk ) –

Samagree –

1. Jaayfal

2. Gay ka doodh

Vidhee –

Jaayfal aur gay ke doodh ko lep ( paste ) bana le aur ise ubtan kee

tarah chahere me ghise aur aadhe ghante tak aisa karte rahe fir saaf

panee me is dho le isse apko rahat milegee .

10- garam paanee ki bhaap le ( use water steam )

Ek katore ( bowl ) me garam panee ko ubalne ke liye rakhe, aur jab

ye bhaap dene lag jaae to apne chahere ko iske saamne le aae isee

chahere ki jo chhidr ( smaal wholes on faces ) hai wo khul jaege aur

unhe saas lene me madat milegi aur chahere me nikhaar aaega .

Waise to bahut saare tareeke hai jinse aap apne chahere ko

muhaaso se door rakh sakte hai , lekin ham yaha aapko kuch aise

tareeke batae hai jo muhaso ko door karne ke hindi tareeko m sabse

best aur saral hai .

Kuch in baato ka bhee dhyan rakhe .

1. Khoo pane piye jisse chahere me nikhaar aata hai

2. Ache neend le – ache neend lena bhee kafi had tak muhaso ko

door karta hai

3,. Junk food khane se bache – market me mil rhe junk food me bahut

hee jyaadaa tel ( oil ) hota hai , jo aapki chahre ko teleey ( oily ) banata

hai aur muhase badhata hai jisse apke chahre me namee banee rhatee

hai isilie bahar ka khana khane se bache .
